LINE Corporation has updated its "LINE Transparency Report"today. The "User Information Disclosure/Deletion Requests From Law Enforcement" section provides information about the number of user data requests we received from law enforcement, as well as the number of cases in which we disclosed information in response to such requests, for the period between July- and December 2019. In addition, the “LINE Content Moderation Report” details how LINE moderates content that violates its terms of service agreements and relevant laws. It also provides numerical and categorical breakdowns of moderated content.  Both reports has been issued regularly - The "User Information Disclosure/Deletion Requests From Law Enforcement" report has been issued semi-annually since the July-December 2016 edition, while the “LINE Content Moderation Report” has been issued semi-annually since the Jan-June 2019 edition.
