Tokyo, Japan – April 28, 2015 – A 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck central Nepal on April 25, leaving a path of widespread destruction stretching from the capital of Kathmandu to regions beyond. LINE Corporation would like to extend its deepest sympathies and prayers to the victims of this disaster and their loved ones.

 

In order to provide financial aid to the victims, LINE has announced the worldwide release of a set of charity stickers, “Pray for Nepal.” After service charges have been deducted, all of the proceeds earned from sales of these stickers will be donated to the Japanese Red Cross Society as financial support for relief efforts to the disaster area.

 

 

“Pray for Nepal” will go on sale from today to May 31※1 in the in-store Sticker Shop and LINE STORE ( https://store.line.me ) for USD 0.99 (JPY 120 or 50 LINE Coins). All revenue earned※2 will be donated to the Japanese Red Cross Society’s relief fund for the 2015 Nepal earthquake, which will go toward relief activities at the affected areas.
